Scandy - Cachepot - Great Motto

This piece is decorated with what is called the “Scandy” Pattern of fronts and flourishes with an almost fleur de lis appearance. The name references the designs reference to Scandinavian Rosmaling. Measures 4x3". Made in Devon England at the Torquay Potteries. Antique pottery sold as found, images show condition of piece...great motto Scragfitto squiggle and blue dots, a duet of tadpoles impressed base... nice details with some aging, as shown. Circa 1890-1905. SALE was $48.
