Something you saw on the site and want to order is no longer there. What happened?

We specialize in one-of-a-kind and very limited edition pieces. Many items sell-out quickly, so please order to avoid disappointment. Sorry, but artists cannot recreate one of a kind items or they would not be one of a kind art.

Something in your basket is marked sold out?

Placing something in your basket does not secure the item. Items are yours only once we have received payment for your order.

How long will it take for your order to arrive?

We pack your order with care and ship via US Mail.  We ship weekly and most customers receive their order in 4-10 days.  Should any part of your order be delayed in shipment, we will let you know as soon as possible. Please note that some items are made to order by the artists...most notably Sugarboo Designs and Elements, and inventory on Maruca items can change daily with constant replenishment, so it may take a week or more for your item to arrive here for reshipment to you.

How much will you be charged for shipping?

Our domestic shipping fees are noted on our Store Policies page.

Do we ship internationally?

Sure thing, we are happy to ship internationally, but please note we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time frame because international orders must go through customs.  We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred by customs. If you indicate international shipping when you order we will email info on the shipping cost and options depending on order and destination. You will be billed separately for international shipping and once we ship, your order is in the hands of the postal carriers to assure delivery. Claims must be filed by the purchaser with the carrier and all shipping is at the risk of the purchaser. We will do our best to be helpful with info we might be able to access.

You need your order quickly, what can you do?

You can choose express shipping at checkout and we will expedite the packing and shipping of your order – should the item be in-stock and available.  Feel free to email me before you order if you are concerned with when your order will arrive.  If you request express shipping when you order we will email info on the shipping cost and delivery options depending on order and destination. You will be billed separately for your express shipping.

Do the artists accept custom orders?

No sorry, the artists prefer to keep the artistic process fresh. That said, our painters accept corporate commissions, contact me to explore options and fees.

Do we sell wholesale?

No. We are a retail store and gallery that specializes in presenting the work of artists, many on an exclusive basis. We do not wholesale items, nor do most of the artists with whom we work.

Your order isn't what you expected, what can you do?

Our goal is for you to be happy with your purchase. For some reason should your order not meet your expectations, you can return any non-sale item for store credit, minus shipping costs and a 30% re-stocking fee. For store credit, your item must be in its original condition and returned to us within 21 days of its shipment to you.
All items purchased at shows or gallery venues are final sale, as are all sale items, promo priced items or items purchased with any discount, promo or coupon code.

Oh no…your order arrived damaged, what happens now?

We pack with care, but in rare instances boxes can be damaged or are lost by the mail/shipping agency. Should an item/s be lost or damaged in shipping please contact me immediately.  For domestic orders shipped via priority mail we will process a claim with US Mail  to refund your purchase price and/or attempt to have the item/s repaired at our expense. The appropriate course of action will be determined by Earth Angels, but we will do our best to make it right for you.
