Buying Handmade

When you shop with Earth Angels, you are buying handmade.  Our offerings are designed and created in the United States (we also have several artists creating one of a kinds in England, Italy, France, Scotland, Australia and Russia as noted on their featured artist pages). All items are created by female artists and most are made as one of a kinds or in very limited quantities.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diner’s Club and PayPal for payment of on-line orders.  At our shop and at our events, we also accept cash and checks.  If you must pay by check or money order for an item that you see on line, contact me by email Jen@EarthAngelsStudios.com to make arrangements.

Returns/Exchanges

You can return any non-sale, non-PROMO priced, non-vintage, non-personalized, non-precious metal item for store credit, minus shipping costs and a 30% re-stocking fee. For store credit, your item must be in its original condition and returned to us within 21 days of its purchase or shipment date. Credits are valid for 90 days from the original order date. Items purchased at our events, at any discount, as a pre-order or special order, with a coupon or promo code, and Lisa Leonard jewelry items are final sale, as are any special orders, custom or personalized orders and layaway items. Please email me at Jen@EarthAngelsStudios.com to initiate your return and obtain the retrun shipping address.

Our Layaway Plan 3-6 Payments

We are happy to arrange a layaway for your purchase...
...For orders totaling $100.00 to $300.00 we offer a Layaway Plan of 3 equal payments. Payment of 1 at time of order, payment 2 in 30 days, and payment 3 in 60 days from the date of order.
...For orders totaling $300.01 to $600.00 we offer a Layaway Plan of 4 equal payments. Payment of 1 at time of order, payment 2 in 30 days, payment 3 in 60 days, and payment 4 in 90 days from the date of order.
...For orders totaling $600.01 and up we offer a plan of 6 equal payments. Payment of 1 at time of order, payment 2 in 30 days, payment 3 in 60 days, payment 4 in 90 days, payment 5 in 120 days and payment 6 in 150 days from the date of order.
We do not offer layaway on purchases that total less than $100 nor do we offer layaways on sale, promo priced or items or orders discounted in any way, there is also no free or discounted shipping on layaways.
The first payment is a restocking fee and is non-refundable. Any layaway cancellations or changes will be charged this restocking fee and any remaining credits will be given as a store credit valid for 90 days. There are no refunds or price adjustments on layaway items and orders.
If a layaway payment cannot be billed as scheduled and is late (more than 5 days) it will be charged a $10.00 processing fee. If a payment becomes 30 days late, the restocking fee will be accounted for and remaining payments will become a store credit valid for 90 days.
To place a layaway order, just place an order through our secure checkout and add a note to the order that you would like to purchase on the Layaway Plan. You must be registered with an account on the website to purchase on layaway. Sale and Promo priced items are typically not extended layaway terms, but we may make exceptions - contact Jen.
There are no refunds, exchanges, price adjustments or changes on layaway items and orders and layaway items are final sale merchandise.

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 8.125% applies to all orders purchased at the shop or shipped or billed to a New York address.

We ship via US Mail.  Our domestic shipping fees are noted below. Shipping fees are based on the net order/item cost.
For orders under $50 - $7
For orders $51-$80 - $8       
For orders $81-$135 - $11
For orders $136 -$170 - $12
For orders $171-$220 - $15
For orders $221-$300 - $18
For orders $301-$380 - $22
For orders $381-$500 - $27
For orders $501-$700 - $34
For orders $701-$900 - $39
For orders $901-$1100 - $46
For orders over $1101 – 6%
Please note that some oversized items will incur additional shipping fees based on destination and size. When you order these items, we will note this at checkout. You are welcome to inquire on exact shipping fees for large-sized items prior to ordering.
International and Express shipping are also available at additional fees.

Availability

Occasionally there is a slight delay in shipment because an item is made to order, or an edition piece is on backorder. We will advise you if this occurs, but please note, all orders are billed at the time they are placed, not when they are shipped, this is to secure the item for you as the customer.

Gift-Wrap

All jewelry items come in a cotton pouch suitable for gift-giving or safe-keeping at no extra charge.  It’s almost impossible to gift wrap a more fragile item or a large item like a painting, but all our boxes are lovingly packed and we are happy to enclose a gift card and/or ship to your special.  Just add your gift note at checkout.  

Wishlist

You can maintain a wishlist of items you adore, crave, hope to order, or hope to receive as a gift. This wishlist can be shared with folks that have your wishlist password.

Earth Angels Studios respects the privacy of our customers; we never share our customers’ information, addresses or emails.

Security Policy

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
