quite exceptioanl this piece is an HM Exeter art pottery piece circa 1880-1890. Exceptionally wrought and adorned with a multitude of slip paintied -- barbotine blooms.  Measures 6.5" and quite substantial... Made in Devon England at the Torquay Potteries.
